Metro Strata Managers is a family owned Australian full service, boutique licensed strata management business. Located in Frenchs Forest, New South Wales.
Co-Founders Gary and Patricia Farmilo established the business in July 2004 to provide strata management services to residential, mixed use, commercial, and industrial strata schemes of any size. We have gained a reputation for outstanding customer service, independence and integrity.
Metro Strata Managers undertake the role of the traditional managing agent in administering strata schemes.
Metro Strata Managers currently holds a corporate membership with Strata Community Australia and holds a current Corporation License to operate under the strict guidelines of the Property Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 and the Property, Stock and Business Agents Regulation 2014.
We operate on a hands-on basis and are therefore able to provide superior service to clients for the efficient and effective management of their strata scheme.
